Aquest és un treball que continua una seqüència de la investigació sobre l’estructura i funció de les obsessions en neurosi i psicosi. X En un treball anterior hem analitzat les coordenades estructurals que presideixen l’eclosió de la neurosi obsessiva, a partir de l’estudi d’un cas clínic. En aquesta ocasió ens ocuparem de el problema de l’entrada en la psicosi i de la funció que compleixen els cerimonials obsessius en aquest moment de ruptura. En aquesta direcció farem un relectura de el text de M. Katan titulat “Aspectes estructurals d’un cas d’esquizofrènia” (1946, 1959), comentat per Lacan en 1955, per aturar-nos en la funció dels cerimonials de neteja i vestit que precedeixen l’emergència de l’deliri i que l’autor inclou dins dels períodes que corresponen a la pre-psicosi. el treball conclou proposant una referència estructural que permeti diferenciar l’eclosió de la neurosi i el desencadenament de la psicosi, d’acord amb els desenvolupaments de l’ensenyament de J. Lacan concernents a una axiomàtica de gaudi.
This work is in line with a sequence in the research of the structure and function of obsessions in neurosi and Psychosis. We have analysed, in a preceding Paper, the structural co ordinates that presideix the burst of an obsessional neurosi, with the point of depart of a clinical case study. On this occasion, we will deal with the problem of the entrance in Psychosis and the fun ction Accomplished by Obsessive Ceremonials in this breaking down Moment. Having this direction in mind, we will perform a new reading from a M.Katan text entitled: “Structural aspects of a casi of schizophrenia” (1946, 1959), Commented by Lacan in 1955. We will pay special attention on “dress and cleaning Ceremonials “function preceding the sorgeix of a delusion, Ceremonials which the author includes in the so called pre- Psychotic periods. It is proposed, in the paper’s conclusió, a structural reference in order to be able to distinguish a neurotic trigger from a Psychotic one. This, in accordance with Lacan s Teachings related to a “jouissance” axiomatic.
